All our products are created for global and unhindered distribution around the world, with possible exceptions of the legislative restrictions of some countries and territories.

Also, we, being suppliers of products, for our part, provide unhindered access to products for our customers. At the same time, we cannot guarantee and be responsible for the quality of communication lines and Internet providers of the states or territories from which the client will try to gain access to our products. These can be both internal and external interim measures within the framework of legislation and interstate relations.

Our infrastructure is built in partnership with major regional players, capable of providing stable access, rapid response and high load tolerance for their regions. This helps ensure the high-quality operation of our products, taking into account possible temporary traffic routing issues, which occur extremely rarely. However, no infrastructure can be insured against government-level decisions to restrict access to the Internet or some of its resources.

In order to minimize the risks associated with cross-border data transmission, we recommend choosing an option for local placement of software products and the data they process. It can be local data centers in the customer region, as well as the customer’s own servers, depending on the technical capabilities and equipment on the client side.
